Break-even wage- Defined as the maximum wage in which a company can afford to pay its employees without generating losses.
- If the wage exceeds the break-even point, the company is better off without employees since they'll generate more profit by directly selling the raw materials required to produce the goods.
- As for Raw Material companies, the break-even wage is calculated based on the bot price of the raw materials produced (0.33 MYR) multiplied by the amount of raw materials produced per employee.
